Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and togglekit for using Tiny Anthem, the website at tinyanthem.app and the Tiny Anthem app. By joining the waitlist or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Tiny Anthem does

You type a short message, choose a style, and we generate a short sung song from it that you can keep and share. Lyrics are written by an AI (Anthropic's Claude) and the audio is generated by an AI (Suno). The app is currently in the run-up to launch; joining the waitlist simply means we'll email you when it's ready, and it is not a purchase or a promise of a specific launch date.

Your message, and acceptable use

You're responsible for what you type. You confirm that your message is yours to use, and you agree not to submit anything that:

• is hateful, discriminatory, or a slur;
• threatens, harasses, bullies, or targets a real person;
• is sexual, or sexualises anyone under 18;
• promotes or instructs serious crime, violence, self-harm, or terrorism;
• is copied from an existing song's lyrics or otherwise infringes someone's rights;
• impersonates a real person or a real artist, or tries to clone their voice; or
• is unlawful under UK law.

We screen messages automatically and may refuse to generate a song, ask you to reword, or remove content and restrict access, without notice, to keep the service safe and lawful.

The songs, and who owns them

Songs are generated by AI from your prompt. Because of how the law treats AI-generated work, a song made this way may not be protected by copyright, and we can't guarantee that you, or anyone, own it. We don't claim to own your songs either.

What we do give you is a personal, non-transferable licence to use and share the songs you make for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, for example sending one to a friend. Don't sell them, present them as a commercial release, or use them to train other AI systems.

Because the songs are produced through Anthropic and Suno, your use is also subject to those providers' terms. In particular, don't use the service to imitate a named real artist or to produce infringing material.

Songs are AI-generated. Please be honest about that if you share them.

The service is provided "as is"

We work hard to make Tiny Anthem good, but we provide it as it is, without warranties. AI output can be unexpected, imperfect, or not to your taste, and the service may change, pause, or be unavailable from time to time.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, and to your rights as a consumer under UK law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for losses arising from how you use a song or from content you chose to submit.

Your responsibility to us

If your misuse of the service, or content you submit, causes us loss or a claim from someone else, you agree to be responsible for that to the extent the law allows.

Ending your use

You can stop using Tiny Anthem at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we need to for legal or safety reasons.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction. This does not remove any protection you have as a consumer in your own country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. We'll change the date above, and for significant changes we'll make them clear.
